In the vast expanse of Trujillo's landfill, a community of Kafkaesque figures confronts the challenges of daily life, amidst an abandoned landscape reminiscent of Dante's Divine Comedy. Threatened with closure by local authorities, the inhabitants navigate their existence by auctioning toxic animals, propelling their tainted wares into local markets, and finding hidden treasures within the mountains of trash. This observational documentary peels back the layers of a dualistic reality, where internal struggles echo the infernal surroundings of a forgotten home.
